THE DETAILS

This class is a combination of core stability, breathing mechanics and dynamic movement exercises designed to increase a person's overall stability and movement throughout space. We focus on deep core stabilizers while incorporating specific breathing patterns and mechanics to increase a person's stability, strength and mobility. 

This class is excellent for athletes and weekend warriors looking to eliminate those nagging pains and muscle imbalances. Ie: surfers, golfers, weight lifting, swimming, running, football, baseball, soccer, etc. 

Class sizes are limited to create a more personal and detailed experience instead of “just doing the exercise.” Our goal is to fix muscle imbalances and get the body performing in top shape.
