*The only insurance that we accept is Traditional Medicare - part B

Dr. Eliana Meléndez
Dr. Melendez was born and raised in Puerto Rico, she is an Experienced Chiropractic Physician with a demonstrated history of working in the health wellness and fitness industry. Skilled in Gentle Manual techniques, Thompson Drop technique, Prenatal and Pediatric population. She also performs a Functional Nutritional Testing and Nutritional Counseling.
Dr. Andrew Warren
Dr. Warren specializes in sports performance, fitness industry, pre-rehab, rehab, and breath work. He is certified in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization exercise and performs Functional Movement Screenings.
